WEICON Anti-Seize Ceramic Paste is a metal- and silicone-free synthetic high-performance assembly paste for universal use. The ceramic paste is resistant to high temperatures, has an exceptionally good release effect and is suitable for any material. The paste contains no free metals and is compatible with stainless steel and other nickel alloys (no chromium-6 formation). The assembly paste is especially suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used for health reasons and when dark metal-containing products should or may not be used for visual reasons. WEICON Anti-Seize Ceramic Paste provides excellent release, protection and lubrication even at high temperatures and high pressure. The paste offers very good protection against corrosion, wear and extreme weather conditions. The assembly paste can be used on bolts, screws, stud bolts, pipe connections, nuts, mechanical seals, etc. Typical areas of application are chemical plants, oil refineries, power stations, paper mills, steelworks and foundries as well as the shipping industry.

WEICON Balancing Putty is an easy-to-use, cold-curing 2-component epoxy resin system. The resin putty is used especially for balancing armatures for electric motors. Compared to machining processes such as drilling or milling, this type of balancing has several advantages. No tools are required for the processing of the balancing putty. And no work is required on the armature core. This results in a quality improvement in terms of motor noise and efficiency. The use of putty saves time, as e.g. deburring the balanced areas is not necessary. Armatures, which were single-plane balanced by machining, can be two-plane balanced with the Balancing Putty without requiring additional time. No metal chips are created, which can get caught in the winding and cause damage. The potential risk of accidents during drilling and/or milling is eliminated. For example, the Balancing Putty is not shaken off in the test run (in uncured condition) during the balancing process at 3000 rpm (diameter of the armature 40 mm).

WEICON Black-Seal is black, high-temperature-resistant (+280 °C/+536 °F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressure-resistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 500%). It is suitable for bonding and sealing in applications where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. The product can be used on gearbox, valve and casing covers, oil sumps, water pumps, gears and axles, flanges, tanks and containers, and in many other areas.

The WEICON WL epoxy resin system is used to coat surfaces that are subject to stresses. It has a high adhesive strength, especially on stainless steel. For example, the 2-component epoxy resin can be used as a primer when lining pump casings made of stainless steel that are subject to heavy stress.
